APRIL Prayer Focus

Jesus Himself said …

If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. (John 14:4) And again … If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. (John 15:7)

So friend, please pray with us today so that many more lives will be transformed by the grace of God in Jesus Christ, as we proclaim Him together through the media, around the globe.

Here are some specific prayer points to help you pray:

• • • Give thanks for the many people who visit christianityworks.me to share the mighty things that the Lord is doing in their lives through Christianityworks. Pray that His Spirit in them will bring to completion the mighty work He has begun in them, for the glory of Jesus. 
      .
    • Pray that the Lord will guide us through the doors that He has opened – with more opportunities than we can possibly pursue, to grow the reach and impact of the ministry, ask the Lord to guide the leadership do enter only through those doors that He has opened, to journey only down the paths that He has already prepared, so that like Jesus, we will only be doing what the Father is doing (John 5:19).

    • Pray that as we plan, write, produce and broadcast each new Bible teaching message the Lord will inspire us to speak His Word plainly and powerfully, and that the messages will be a good word in due season for many, many people.
      .
    • Give thanks for the people whose lives are being touched through God’s Word especially those persecuted Christians who receive Christianityworks’ Bible teaching in secret. As the Holy Spirit ministers to them in that dark place, may the abundant hope and joy of God fill their hearts and overflow into the lives of those around them. ..

    • Pray for the generosity of those who support the ministry of Christianityworks, as we prepare to launch the Abundant Life Appeal on May 1st . May the Lord work in their hearts to give generously during May and June so that the appeal goal will be met by June 30. This is the most important appeal of the year and reaching the goal is vital in being able to continue to share the love of Christ through the media over the coming months. Our trust is in Jehovah Jireh, our provider.

    • And as always please, continue to pray the prayer of Jabez (1 Chronicles 4:10) again and again over Christianityworks …
      Oh Lord, that you would bless us indeed … with Your supernatural blessings, far beyond our expectations and natural abilities.
      
      That you would enlarge our territory … giving us more capacity, reach and impact, that more lives would be saved + transformed.
      
      That your mighty hand would be with us … so we would be wholly dependent on you, on your touch of greatness, not on ourselves.
      That you would keep us from evil that we would cause no pain … so that in holiness + love in all that we do, the name of Jesus would be glorified.
