You’ve no doubt often heard it said that God is the God of the impossible. Well that’s easy to say, but when you run into the impossible, believing it is a whole other thing, right!?

There have been times in my life, and no doubt in yours too, when it’s felt as though there was no way through. Some obstacle or hurt or something else and we think to ourselves, “I can’t possibly see a way through here.”

I don’t know … but I have a sneaking suspicion that God planned it that way, that there are times in our lives, when He wants us to turn to Him because He’s the only one capable of finding a way through.

And the funny thing is, as you and I look back now on those times where there was no way through, God’s always found one, right? Not always the way we were wanting or expecting … but He always showed us a way through.

Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “This is something that people cannot do. But God can do anything.”

Perhaps you have something going on in your life right now and you have no idea how you’re going to get through it. Perhaps it’s a difficult marriage; or a wayward child; or a financial crisis; or any number of other things that can befall us in life.

Perhaps you’ve been sweating on this thing, tossing in bed at night losing sleep and maybe, just maybe, God brought us together for very good reason today over His Word.

Remember this: when you run into something that people can’t fix, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, God Himself, can do anything!

The trick is, I guess, remembering that for next time.

That’s God’s Word. Fresh … for you … today.

God’s Word is always confirmation. After I had just uttered the words ‘I’ve got so much on my plate, I’m so tired I don’t know what I am going to do’ I opened up my email and the first thing that popped up – The Media Lounge is now open to you (and free)! I browsed through and now I am going to start with the topics that concern me most. Thank you so much for the email, exactly what I needed.
