That may be true, but because of the way our thinking’s morphed from days of old in a world that’s becoming increasingly individualistic and self-absorbed, I’d be surprised if you haven’t felt, at least from time to time, a deep sense of inadequacy that comes from that same root of guilt … just with a different flavour.
